How to log in

1. Open https://dashboard.crowntv-us.com/login in your browser.
2. Wait for the Cloudflare check to show “Success!” with a green checkmark — the Login button stays disabled until this passes.
3. Enter the Email address tied to your CrownTV account.
4. Enter your Password. Click the eye icon to reveal what you’re typing if you need to.
5. Tick Remember Me if you’re on a personal device and want the dashboard to keep you signed in.
6. Click Login. You’ll land on the dashboard home page.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot Password? to the right of the Remember Me checkbox. Enter the email you use for CrownTV and we’ll send a reset link.

Change the language

Click Language in the top-right corner of the login card and pick your preferred language.

Trouble signing in?

• Double-check the email — your sign-in email is the one your account manager set up, which may differ from your billing email.
• If Cloudflare keeps spinning, refresh the page and disable any aggressive ad/script blockers for dashboard.crowntv-us.com.
• Still stuck? Use the in-app Help button (bottom-right of any page after sign-in) or email support.
